About Debbie Reiber
My journey with The Mystery Busters began many years ago, when I was a teenager with a love of creative writing. During those wonderfully immersive times, I first imagined the characters who would later become part of my magical adventure series, and I began writing what is now the third book.

As life became busier, writing slowly moved into the background. In my early twenties, I played in a rock band while working as a personal assistant, before later settling down, raising a family and supporting a family business. I eventually went on to start my own small bespoke kombucha business, which I have run for many years and which has earned a lovely reputation for its handcrafted creations.

For a long time, my writing was paused, but the stories never truly left me. Then, in the early 2000s, I came across the dilapidated ruins of Yatscombe Hall, a once handsome property set within rambling gardens in a village close to Oxford. Although the building has since been demolished, walking through its overgrown grounds and taking in the atmosphere of the decaying building stirred my imagination and inspired the writing of An Enchanted Adventure.

That moment rekindled my love of storytelling, and The Mystery Busters began to grow into the magical series it is today. I now have four books in the series, with more adventures on the way.
